  1. Hello I can confirm that the file share feature is now in our NFR license and we can access the features Regards, Markus
  2. thanx for the explanation - is it possible to create a file backup of physical machine where only necessary folders are included and create a disaster recovery for this ? and if so - how can the system files (see screenshot) be included ?
  3. FILE backup for a physical machine does not allow to include OS Folders while complete backup of physical machine does not allow to exclude subfolders: it would be great if a complete backup of a physical machine could be made without e.g the "temp" or the "downloads" folder - then also a disaster recovery could be made for the physical machine without the unneccesary content of temp or download (or what folder ever)
  4. In my opinion, the NFR license should allow access to all features of NAKIVO Backup. It’s hard to understand why the trial version and the free 1-year version allow this, but the NFR license does not. As a partner, you need to be able to test all features in order to properly advise customers.
  5. If you have a Physical Machine where (e.g.) a Network share from a NAS is mapped to the machine Backup of physical machine (or physical machine on file layer) should allow to include this folder (or subfolders) within the backup
  6. It would be great if I backup a physical machine to exclude different files or folders (e.g. temp or downloads,...) which aren't necesary for a restore of the physical machine. If I do a file level backup I'm not sure if this can be used for disaster recovery. I would like to create a disaster recovery flash or iso for the physical machine but without the mentioned files or folders, so that i can do a quicker restore (in case of disaster)
