  1. We use Nakivo v.10.8. We have a Win2019 virtual machine (Windows File Server 2019) installed on VMware ESXi 7. On Win2019 there is an SMB resource larger than 400 GB Nakivo makes backups according to the schedule, we normally restore files if necessary. Questions: 1 - will Nakivo back up this VM properly, if we enable data deduplication, which is built into the Win2019 OS? 2 - will Nakivo back up this VM normally, if we enable Win2019 folder compression (directory-properties-advanced-compress contents to save disk space)?
  2. No, I didn’t solve the problem. I do not have free time now, I will return to this issue a little later
  3. OK.,i will check system requirements and the bhsvc PAM module I am adding a virtual server for test
  4. Hello. Trying to connect physical machines to Nakivo 9.1 Windows-server - everything is OK. Linux-server - does not connect to the inventory, gives an error. Ubuntu - The "x.y.z.207" machine is not reachable. Please check the connection and machine availability. Reason: There was an error when collecting the host info. Error: internal error. (PhysicalDiscoveryServiceException). CentOS - The "x.y.z.205" machine is not reachable. Please check the connection and machine availability. Reason: The deployed physical agent is inaccessible. (TransporterServiceException). Ubuntu - account with sudo rights. CentOS - connecting as root. All servers and Nakivo (ip - x.y.z.204) are on the same subnet. any ideas?
  5. OK, thank you. one more question: Is this algorithm of using one storage with two transporters possible?
  6. Can I configure two transporters to use the same repository? Or for two repositories that will be the same NFS-share? Or one repository that is NFS -share can use only one transporter?
