  1. I thought this was all good to go now. I just updated Nakivo to 10.5 on a Synology nas, then updated the nas to DSM 7.1 update 1. Now it says Nakivo Backup and Replication Stopped. The package version is incompatible with your DSM. And the nakivo website says You can download the package for DSM 7 only from the Synology Package Center. But there's no option to update Nakivo from the Package center.

  2. I'm having issues removing it on a Synology NAS on DSM7 as well. Had to remove the # after libs for it to find it. Then it gives this permissions error. I changed the permissions so the szadmin user has access to the backup folder but it didn't make a difference, even after ssh back into the nas.

    szadmin@NAS02:/volume1/@appstore/NBR/libs$ zip -q -d log4j-core*.jar org/apache/logging/log4j/core/lookup/JndiLookup.class
    zip I/O error: Permission denied
zip error: Could not create output file (log4j-core-2.2.jar)
    szadmin@NAS02:/volume1/@appstore/NBR/libs$

  3. I ran into this problem on a clients synology that had a faulty factory reset button. It reset itself, so DSM had to be reinstalled. It automatically installed DSM 7. Ok, fine. Then I go to reinstall Nakivo and find out it isn't compatible. Spent about 5hrs moving Nakivo to the server and recreating the backups. This was a month ago on Aug 25. Sure would be nice to get this fixed.
