  1. Hello! First of all, we suggest you check our system requirements to make sure they are met: https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/display/NH/System+Requirements Meanwhile, please clarify if the bhsvc PAM module was created and if you are adding real physical servers or a virtual one.
  2. Could you please send us some examples for better understanding of your issue? It would be better if you open a support ticket in our system by sending us a support bundle ( https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/display/NH/Support+Bundles ) along with some screenshots of the issue so our 2nd Level Support team can investigate everything and provide you with a proper solution.
  3. Yes, the support of Hyper-V 2019 was added in NAKIVO 9.0.0 version.
  4. You are right, director could work with newer version of transporter, but cannot work with older version. We recommend to run update with the following steps: 1. Update manually remote transporters - NAS transporters - Linux based transporters that are added as "installed service" - manually installed and added Windows based transporters In this case there will not be any downtime, as director will be able to work with newer version of transporter. 2. Update Director. In this case all remaining transporters will be updated automatically: - Hyper-V transporters - physical transporters - Linux based transporters that are added as Virtual Appliance - AWS transporters

  9. If the dynamic memory feature is not enabled, most likely the FlashBoot (screenshot verification) will fail. >>>Or is there any way I can set it to have a lesser amount of RAM when it does the Flash Boot? There is no such options in our product yet.
  10. NAKIVO software is designed to make consistent backups. So, the backup Job has higher priority for the customer/software than the maintenance run. When you select "Stop backup and recovery to run space reclaim" option, this paradigm has a conflict with NAKIVO priority. As a result: software uses your settings but sends the notifications.
