Please let us know which Windows version is used, is it Pro version? For now NAKIVO supports only Windows 10 Pro version for installation. [Backup Repo not mountable after Update to Win 10 2004]

After Windows 10 did an automatic upgrade from 1909 to 2004 nkivo B&R couldn't mount the Backup Repo (on Synology NAS) anymore. Error was: User/Password  incorrect.

Tried with another User, with another password, with another share name... Didn't work out... So I went back to Windows 10 1909... and it's working again...
