Unable to create a backup job - all options greyed out

All looks good including Inventory items - see images attached

Trial license 14 days to go on trial 2 Repositories Add 365 link - all OK! When I go to create a backup "JOB" - all options to select a backup type are "GREYED" out. See image attached. Why?
