Error adding Linux servers to inventory

Recommended Posts

Hello.

Trying to connect physical machines to Nakivo 9.1
Windows-server - everything is OK.

Linux-server - does not connect to the inventory, gives an error.
Ubuntu - The "x.y.z.207" machine is not reachable. Please check the connection and machine availability. Reason: There was an error when collecting the host info. Error: internal error. (PhysicalDiscoveryServiceException).
CentOS - The "x.y.z.205" machine is not reachable. Please check the connection and machine availability. Reason: The deployed physical agent is inaccessible. (TransporterServiceException).

Ubuntu - account with sudo rights.
CentOS - connecting as root.

All servers and Nakivo (ip - x.y.z.204) are on the same subnet.

any ideas?

I am a user who wants to try using the Nakivo application
I have fully evaluated it, my only problem is when the data backup to the physical server cannot be pulled
