VovaUzh Posted February 11, 2020 Share Posted February 11, 2020 Hello. Trying to connect physical machines to Nakivo 9.1 Windows-server - everything is OK. Linux-server - does not connect to the inventory, gives an error.Ubuntu - The "x.y.z.207" machine is not reachable. Please check the connection and machine availability. Reason: There was an error when collecting the host info. Error: internal error. (PhysicalDiscoveryServiceException).CentOS - The "x.y.z.205" machine is not reachable. Please check the connection and machine availability. Reason: The deployed physical agent is inaccessible. (TransporterServiceException). Ubuntu - account with sudo rights.CentOS - connecting as root. All servers and Nakivo (ip - x.y.z.204) are on the same subnet. any ideas? First of all, we suggest you check our system requirements to make sure they are met: https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/display/NH/System+Requirements Meanwhile, please clarify if the bhsvc PAM module was created and if you are adding real physical servers or a virtual one.
