wentum Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 After Windows 10 did an automatic upgrade from 1909 to 2004 nkivo B&R couldn't mount the Backup Repo (on Synology NAS) anymore. Error was: User/Password incorrect. Tried with another User, with another password, with another share name... Didn't work out... So I went back to Windows 10 1909... and it's working again... Official Moderator Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 As we understand the NAKIVO transporter is installed on WIn10 machine and CIFS based repository from Synology NAS is attached to it, correct? Please let us know which Windows version is used, is it Pro version? For now NAKIVO supports only Windows 10 Pro version for installation. Please send us "winver" and "systeminfo" command line outputs (to support@nakivo.com).
