Add Windows Physical server failed

Hi There, 

I got a error when I add a new Windows Physical server 

An internal error has occurred. Reason: STATUS_SHARING_VIOLATION (0xc0000043): Create failed for \\172.18.11.15\C$\Program Files\NAKIVO Backup & Replication\transporter\bh.exe (SMBApiException).

Hello, @Alan, according to the error message, the Windows Physical server has not met our requirements.

Make sure the \\172.18.11.15\C$ share on this server is reachable.

If the manufacturer preloaded the installation media on the server, press F8 at startup to start from the installation media. After the Windows Server files load, choose your language and other preferences, and then click Next. On the next page of the wizard, click Repair your computer
