Ladinek Posted January 13, 2025 Posted January 13, 2025 I have several instances od Nagios running at customer sites on Raspberry Pi´s boxes. Then we typically run Nakivo on Synology NAS. On the Nagios Raspberry Pi, I am running backup success/failure check script, for which I need cli.sh, cli.jar and the bundled Java binaries. With Nakivo version 10.11.2, I was able to upload the install script (for Arm v7) to the Raspberry - using Raspberry OS version 10.13 (buster) - run it - let it unpack files - and grab the necessary files. However, after upgrading NBR to v11, CLI componens from v10.11 no longer function, so I downloaded installer (trial is enough for me - I need just --job-list from the cli.jar), but running on Raspberry ends with error Installation or update on current NAS is not supported But, as I looked into the script, I found some checks for Raspberry there. My uname -m says armv71 and MODEL says Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.4 I tried these checks manually without the -q option in grep, both are OK. So I don´ t understand why the script quits with this message. Is there any other option, how to unpack files from the install script? 1 Quote

Hi @Ladinek, Starting with v11, NAKIVO Backup & Replication no longer supports Raspberry Pi devices. You can refer to the release notes for more details: https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/Release-Notes/Content/v11-Release-Notes/v11.0-Release-Notes.htm Let us know if you need more information. Quote
