office 365 internal error

hi, marco from italy, we've a large microsoft tenant (3000+ mailbox ) to manage. we want to use nakivo to backup the mailbox. right now i cannot complete the task becouse the server continue to gave me internal error even with a 1 job for 1 mailbox. 

nakivo is up to date, 11.0.1  and i've tried both office365 storage object local and s3 compatibile.

anyone using nakivo have some trouble?
