We are using Hyper-V 2008 and are aware of limitations and upgrade needs.
Is there any alternative to continue doing the current backup (FULL + Incremental after 5 Jobs) and not getting the alert anymore?

Hello @Ezequiel Kich,

Proprietary change tracking method is not a full backup. When using proprietary change tracking method, an entire VM is read each time. Therefore, it is slower than the use of resilient change tracking (RCT). Nevertheless, only changes are transferred in both cases.

In order to use RCT for change tracking, you need a contemporary Hyper-V version.
