Hi all,

I’m facing an issue with the hourly incremental (INC) backup on one of the VMs. This issue does not happen every time—only occasionally.

Below are the details of the issue. If anyone has experienced a similar problem or knows how to fix it, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance for your support.

Hi  @Nyein Chan Zaw,

Please try the following.

1. Log in to the Onboard transporter.
2. Check if the DNS configuration is correct.
3. Ping the target host using the FQDN name and confirm that it is reachable.
4. Confirm that nothing is blocking the connection between the transporter and the hosts.
5. Check if the transporter is not overloaded during the backup job.
