add Proxmox Host error

Hi, trying to add a Proxmox VE host the following error is displayed (operation failed)

"An internal error has occurred. Reason: The target server failed to respond (NoHttpResponseException)."

Both Proxmox and Nakivo are "ping" accessible. 

PROXMOX: 9.1.2
NAKIVO: VA_v11.2.0

Any ideas?

Hello Jagito,

NAKIVO can’t reach the Proxmox API over HTTPS (port 8006).

This is usually caused by one of the following:

 

- Port 8006 blocked by a firewall

 

- Hostname/DNS resolution failure

 

- TLS/certificate handshake issue

 

- Proxmox API service not running

 

- DNS is still broken on the NAKIVO Director

If this issue still persists, please send us a new support bundle with the database included for further checking.
