eric_76
Hi everyone! I have a weird request but maybe someone could help me with that. My Microsoft 365 subscription has almost ended, and I'm not planning to renew it. I have all of the needed data moved to the cloud or drives. But what can I do with the emails? I really need the majority of them but I don't want to use cloud for that. Any ideas?
Official Moderator
Hi, @eric_76! One of the options for you would be to save emails to a desktop. It is a versatile option. You can save one or multiple emails to single or multiple files. You can also export emails to PDF or other file formats (e.g., CSV or PST files). This method works for both Outlook Online and Microsoft Office Outlook. Check a complete step-by-step guide on how to export your emails to desktop on our blog https://www.nakivo.com/blog/saving-microsoft-365-emails-to-desktop/ If you get any questions along the way, let me know.
