Please try to update NAKIVO Backup & Replication with the instruction "Updating Manually on Synology NAS, DSM 7": https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/Knowledge-Base/Content/Installation-and-Deployment-Issues/Updating-Manually-on-Synology-NAS.html

We're having trouble installing it on a Synology NAS running DSM 7. The Transporter installer package published in the Synology Package Center is version ‘11.1.0.98634-70025’, and if we try to manually install the package, we get an error indicating that it is not compatible. However, it did work with DSM 6, but not with DSM 7. Synology device model: RS2423+ CPU version: AMD Ryzen V1780B RAM: 8 GB DDR4 ECC UDIMM  

The transporter package published on SYNOLOGY package center remains on version '11.1.0.98634-70025'. We are trying to install the package manually but get 'not supported' errors on DSM7.
