  3. Dear @opk.giandomenico Thanks for the feedback. We understand that frequent releases combined with strict version parity can create additional overhead for MSP environments with many tenants. Unfortunately, there’s currently no workaround for the matching-version requirement. We take feedback like this into consideration when evaluating future improvements to release management and update workflows for MSP environments.
  4. Hello @opk.giandomenico, MSP Director and remote tenant deployment need to be on the exact same version and build. There is no workaround for this.
  5. Microsoft has confirmed the retirement timeline for Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online. The retirement happens in phases: August 31, 2026: Recommended deadline to complete configuration for zero disruption. October 1, 2026: EWS disabled by default for tenants without an allow list configured (Backups will start failing). April 1, 2027: Microsoft will permanently shut down EWS with no exceptions. What NAKIVO users need to do NAKIVO Backup for Microsoft 365 uses EWS for Exchange Online and group mailbox backups. Affected users need to add the Azure Client ID for their NAKIVO Backup & Replication instance to the AppID allow list for their tenant before August 31, 2026. How to Configure the EWS Allow List: We have published a full, step-by-step walkthrough in our Help Center and it takes only a few minutes to complete: View the EWS allow‑list instructions. Note: Complete the configuration by the end of August to ensure that user, group and shared mailbox backups continue to run in NAKIVO Backup & Replication before Microsoft begins disabling EWS.
  6. Hi @mdhanis, To assist you with your request, we kindly ask you to send us a support bundle. It contains log files and system information that will help us identify the problem and provide a resolution. Please make sure to enable the option "include main database" during the bundle creation and specify your ticket ID #421908. The instructions on how to generate and send a support bundle can be found in the NAKIVO Help Center at the following link: https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/User-Guide/Content/Settings/Support-Bundles.htm Thank you for choosing NAKIVO.

  8. NAKIVO Backup & Replication v11.2.1 adds full support for Proxmox VE 9.2, along with two fixes affecting Proxmox backup jobs. What's new for Proxmox VE: Full support for Proxmox VE 9.2 Fixed an issue where backup jobs could fail while creating temporary overlay files Fixed an issue where a source VM could crash after a failed backup when a manual snapshot existed on the Proxmox VE host Also included in v11.2.1: Support for VMware vSphere 9 in Real-Time Replication workflows For mixed environments, v11.2 also introduced several capabilities: OAuth 2.0 support for email configuration Support for Ceph S3-compatible storage as a backup target Proxmox VE change-tracking reminder: Native change-tracking behavior depends on the VM disk format: QEMU: The dirty bitmap persists across VM restarts, allowing incremental backups to continue using native change tracking. RAW: The dirty bitmap is non-persistent. Restarting the VM resets it, so the next incremental backup uses NAKIVO’s proprietary change-tracking method. We recommend updating NAKIVO Backup & Replication to v11.2.1 to add Proxmox VE 9.2 support and apply the latest fixes. Update to v11.2.1 Now
