Physical backup is performed on a disk/partition level. It is not possible to exclude particular files and folders.
To minimize recovery time, disks/partitions that are not required to boot may be excluded.
In my opinion, the NFR license should allow access to all features of NAKIVO Backup.
It’s hard to understand why the trial version and the free 1-year version allow this, but the NFR license does not.
As a partner, you need to be able to test all features in order to properly advise customers.
If you have a Physical Machine where (e.g.) a Network share from a NAS is mapped to the machine Backup of physical machine (or physical machine on file layer) should allow to include this folder (or subfolders) within the backup
