    • Please generate and send us a support bundle and make sure to include the main database. Steps to generate the support bundle: Log in to NAKIVO Backup & Replication. Click the account icon in the top-right corner and select Support Bundle. Make sure the Include database (or Include main database) checkbox is selected before generating the bundle. Please reference the ticket #413664 when replying.
