Restore Error

I need to restore 1 file from a LINUX server. I have a Recovery Server with Ubuntu 20.04, which I've always used to do this kind of task. I am no longer able to restore. The process starts, but the JOB stops afterwards. Disks are not mounted on the linux server to be able to recover files. I collected a lot of responses in the all_logs_except_inventory.log file, the most relevant ones I put below. Nakivo version is 10.4.1 (build 59587 from 21 Oct 2021)

1 Aug 2023 at 21:00:05 (UTC -03:00)" recovery point. The backup object resides on "Onboard repository" repository. Repository UUID: "84ccb8c1-dd53-4a73-9cd8-e440d9508340". Transporter host: "10.5.1.126". Agent host: "192.168.0.150".

@Ezequiel Kich , your information/request has been received and forwarded to our Level 2 Support Team. Meanwhile, the best way for both sides would be to generate and send a support bundle (https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/display/NH/Support+Bundles) to support@nakivo.com so our Technical Support team can investigate your issue having more details.

Hi, this was Support's response. I had understood that I would have an answer, even if it took a long time, for the problem, for those who are not subscribed

Our records show that (Distribuidora Memphis Ltda) is out of support, upgrades, and maintenance. The support end date is M/D/Y (like March 9, 2022). Please contact our Sales Department (sales@nakivo.com) to renew the support.

Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

@Ezequiel Kich You've received the response from the Support Team. Our focus has always been on subscribed client base. At this point, I don't possess any supplementary input to provide. Your comprehension is greatly appreciated.
