  1. I have recently been having issues with my S3 repository bing inaccessible, after verifying all backups i found out that this was due to some recovery points being corrupted, so obviously i attempted to bulk delete all corrupted recovery points in order to get everything running again, but the delete process just doesn't execute. next thing i wanted to try was detach and reattach the repository, but since attempting to delete the files the S3 repository has been in a constant loop of refreshing, leaving me unable to do anything to manage the repository.      this process of refreshing takes much longer than usual, and once it's finished it starts anew immediately. this is related to the support ticket with the number #166925

@AalHai Thank you for being so patient during our investigation.

Sorry to inform you, but this functionality is not implemented yet.

Moreover, we have a limitation in our release notes: "Connection with the Transporter on a Windows 10 physical machine will be lost when it goes into sleep mode or restarts after installing system updates" see this article for more details ( https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/display/RN/v10.6+Release+Notes ).

Please let us know how critical this feature is for your company and how many laptops you are planning to back up so we can create a feature request and set an appropriate priority for it.

Keep us informed of your results. We are looking forward to your feedback.

Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

would it not be possible to use the cli to create a script that remotely initiates a backup job and simply have said script run everytime the notebook is booted up ?

this would obviously fail in case the notebook is connected to a different network, but should successfully start the backup of the notebook in case it is connected to the company network

our company is already using nakivo as a backup solution for our servers, now i would like to add a backup job for our physical clients (notebooks in our case), problem is that due to the nature of our workflows a lot of our ork is done on premises of the customer, and it is not predictable when the notebooks in question are connected to our internal network.

this makes a regular scheduled backup job very impractical, since at any given point in time the devices may or may not be connected to our internal network.

is there a way to initiate a backup of a notebook automatically when said notebook connects to our internal network ?

edit: we have an enterprise essentials license

  5. A while ago i was talking to nakivo support about solutions to back up our companies notebooks, and we came to the conclusion that windows 11 was not yet supported, but will be in the next version (this was around late february if i recall correctly), since 10.6 has been released now i would like to know if the update includes support for windows 11, since i have not found any information on the matter so far.
