"SSH required" message even when SSH is enabled?

Could you please clarify if your ESXi host is the free version? If it's right, please contact Nakivo support by creating a Support Bundle https://helpcenter.nakivo.com/User-Guide/Content/Settings/Support-Bundles.htm
