  2. Yes, in this case it is possible to create a repository on this device (iSCSI target is mounted to the transporter machine on the OS level and the repository is created as a local folder).
  3. RDX is not supported as a Tape Library.
  4. It will work in case of using as logical storage without cartridge rotation or for each cartridge separately. It was not tested as Emulated Tape library. Please describe your use case in details for detailed analysis.

  11. Hello! You can use the instruction on how to detect a bottleneck to troubleshoot the issue. Otherwise, please send us logs for further investigation and we will check the root of the issue for you.
  12. As for now there is no final specification for P2P feature and how it will be implemented.
  13. Could you please clarify your question in more details? Would you like to backup VMware host by itself? In case VMware VM backup is necessary, it is possible to set necessary schedule in the corresponding backup job.
  14. Usually antivirus could block some of repository files in case there is some virus (or something discovered as virus inside the VM). Also such situation could be when overall VM data is divided into blocks and one block (as incomplete part of bigger file, for example) is recognized as threat.

  22. Please check and make sure that all VM boot settings are set correctly (boot sequence, bios/uefi etc). Try to attach the exported disk to the existing VM and check if all necessary data is present on the disk. Please let us know the result.
  23. It is possible to schedule only start of space reclaim. In case Space reclaim maintenance would be run on weekly or two-weekly basis (depending on the used time, to minimize influence on production), most likely it will take much less time that running once per month, or once per two months.
